CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As soon as you receive your package you have 2 days to return the parcel. When returning a product everything needs to be in the condition it came in otherwise we cannot refund the amount.A Sum of deposit fee or fee will be applicable

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED?
If you received a damaged product please contact us at return@redngrey.com with your order information and a picture of the damaged product. So we can send out a new one.
